Phuket Graceland Resort And Spa - Patong

I just loved the ambience of the place. The main reception area was bright and attractive. The bedrooms were well laid out but could not understand the window idea between the bathroom and bedroom (I wouldn't like to be in the bedroom looking at somebody on the toilet). The location of the hotel was good and easy to get about. The food was fantastic (choice and quality). Everything was clean. Look forward to my next stay!!!

There was nothing that I disliked. The only down side was some of the staff at reception and the coffee lounge / bar seem to speak very little English. The housekeepers seem to understand more.

Sea and swimming pool view are superb.

Bed not comfortable in addition that the room is full of insects which destroyed my vacation because my wife was scared all the time.

Great breakfast with lots of varieties. Room is clean and hotel is generous in providing towels and pillows.

This was a nice hotel with a great location about 10 min walk to Bangla Rd. The room was nice with a great bath and shower. The pool and spa were excellent. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of food. The grounds are kept well manicured with beautiful greenery around the ground level rooms.

The TV channels were limited but that is not a big issue as your not in your room much. Other hotels on this trip provided a DVD player but this one did not. The room were kept clean but we did have to ask 2 out of the 3 days for more toilet paper. As with most larger hotels it was pricey to eat or drink there so eating out at the cheap eateries close by was the best option. The pool was great but reserving of chairs with towels would sometimes mean that we couldnt get a seat. I dont know why staff let this happen.

Do not believe what you see in the photos. Room smells like you are in a museum.. Staffs were friendly but that didnt changed my mind. Booked for 5 nights, I ended up checking out the next morning!!! I wouldn't stay here for $130aud for sure! No value for money!!!

The gardens and pool. The food was pretty good.

The resort is beautiful and all of Phuket is beautiful. Too bad that it rained most of the time when we stayed, but we knew that it was a possibility when I arranged the trip in May. However, Graceland is next to the beach and the swimming pools at the resort are beautiful!

The charges at the swimming pools for drinks from the restaurant are a little too high.

The pools were amazing, especially the swim-up bar with cheap cocktails during happy hour. Our room was spacious with a great view, and the nearby street food was a paradise, especially after a long day of exploring.

We took the Deluxe room and it was big, with a queen sized bed and single bed. Room was clean. I like that it is located right opposite the Patong beach. We walked to Bangla Road every night, with many shops, restaurants along the busy road. Perfect location! Hotel staff were mostly very friendly, a pleasant stay overall.

Breakfast spread was not good and the eggs station just isn't up to standard, juices all tasted like syrup. The swimming pools are looking quite tired and old. We used it only once though, who needs the pool when the awesome beach is just metres away?!

we have spent 4 days in a double room with a bathtub, 2 queen beds and bottled water. tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge were provided. the venue was set in the very central position close to the beach & shopping /bars, most restaurants and shops and tropical gardens and coconut trees.

Had a fantastic stay with amazing pools and a fun kids club that kept my twins busy! Breakfast selections were great, but my room did look a bit tired compared to the photos. Would definitely come back!

Consider using an alternative breakfast area to avoid the crowded main dining space for a more relaxed experience.
